home in chicago
updating from a chilly-ish chicago, though my friend rachel would say i am a wuss. saw rachel and ben at the fieldmuseum for lunch, and we had highschool laughs, realized what troublemakers we were (see the entry about the ode to the librarian!), and really had fun. it is good to be home; i'm not yet de-stressed from school, and i'm having trouble sleeping, but i am happy. and chester, my cat, cutie that he is, is also wonderful. a tank, gotten a bit chubby, but nudges me and purrs. that is nice! love and holiday wishes; will sporadically update from now! but i CAN, since we do have e-mail at home, be still my beating heart!
