the weekend and today
i actually packed a box today. to send to philly. winter sweaters. imagine that, WINTER sweaters. don't like that thought too much! winter. pshaw. that said, i am glad that i'm starting preliminary packing. moving way too soon.
carmel was nice. quiet, but nice. we hiked at pt. lobos state park, went to the aquarium in monterey, walked around there, too, saw goldmember, and otherwise, not too much.
not much else to report, really. i should be working. its a bit hot. our sushi-making attempt last night failed miserably. it was sad, really, really really sad.
pot luck this friday at our place, which'll be nice. i always enjoy having people over.
wooohooo for rush-hour and driving out to the suburbs! good news!
