long day
today was a lousy, lousy day, involving a jack-ass and tears. saw an advisor, who as much as vetoed my diss. proposal. yup. great. talked to a friend of mine afterwards and vented and cried and cried, then spent 75$ on really nice groceries at whole foods to get myself happier.
any cabs?
no, of course not, why would there be cabs in philadelphia?
i walked home. carrying quarts of milk and cans galore. my hands hurt.
