i need to take deep breaths
i have the bad headache.
the ache in the chest from stress.
i have the urge to eat oranges like there is no tomorrow - i had 3 yesterday.
i blew up at my students today and dismissed them. *bleh* bad day, bad day, and i just want to go home for thanksgiving. like now.
