wings, blackbirds, beds
had a nice evening of beer and nachos and chicken wings at white dog last night with my sweetie, after going to a performance of "8th blackbird" which was neat. they playa music by new composers (in their 30s): a sextet of percussion (A FRICKIN' HUGE XYLOPHONE), flute, piano, cello, violin, and clarinet/saxophone. very cool! i didn't like the music, but i did like just "going" to a show, you know?
cold grey day; need groceries.
not much to update except we had a nice and lazy morning in bed.
