1) monday, prospective student out to lunch
2) last night, reception for nzd for her talk
3) lunch at white dog with prospective student today
4) friday, lunch with visiting guest lecturer.
crazy.
nzd actually, very famous historian, had very positive things to say about my thesis topic. nice to hear it from outsiders.
that, and the letter from the humboldt came saying i got the fellowship. nice to have it in writing.
plus.
its cold as hell and my whole body aches from walking in this weather.
saturday is an anti-war rally. i'm going.
