huygens ahoy!
does anyone else think it is wild that huyg*ns, the probe sent out from the spacecraft cass*ni is now on one of saturn's moons? i think that is just wild. turns out it only has enough battery life for 30 minutes to 2 hours of photography, but still: i am absolutely amazed, that something so small and so human-made is out there in the big vast emptiness of space. seriously. that is something i can't wrap my mind around.
and i'm so glad the weekend is here.
