i am extremely restless. what is going on? yes the eggnog latte i made at home (mmmmm), and yes my approaching deadline with work (before illinois a draft of the chapter) -- but ick, i just feel like i can't sit in my chair! perhaps it really is time for me to take a walk and go over to the herbalist and get some bulk raspberry leaf tea (good against pms)! *ack*
