sore throat and lost houses
emre's off at the airport, prob. not yet even boarded, hate that, can't go to the gate anymore. i have a sore throat, headache, bodyaches, and we trek down to champaign-urbana tonight.
dreading going back to school. stupid. missing emre already. grumpy grumpy grumpy.
i'm a lot less worse off though than some, right now, who have lsot their house because of missed mortgage payments. yikes. fingers crossed, eh, babe? (chic? hon? what was it?)
and some people are lucky, postdocs in good places. ;)
i'm just tired and need to get out of this (ihateschool) slump, need to figure out (better) plans (better) attitudes... or continue on if i don't, WITH a better attitude.
BLAH!
here's to better, not grey, days.
