i spent all day --and i mean all day, except my jog this morning-- in the jard, gardening. which was just a joy. we went to an orchard and nursery, got all sorts of things, and i am trying to plant little planters full of impatiens. impatients for the front, portulaca for the back, for the sun. which is all a joy, but now my body is so tired i can hardly move. we might watch a video.
the wedding madness has calmed down. my folks have decided that emre and i should decide what we want for the prewedding dinner activities - and say screw it to both of our sets of parents if we don't like what they are doing. honestly. which is a very generous offer, but which is stressful as hell. saying i don't like something is bound to offend one or another side of the family.
tired, and will be glad to go to bed tonight. i sleep like a log here and don't wake up in the night to go to the bathroom like i did in philly, like 3-4 times a night. it is all about deep sleep.
