jet lag, again.
note the time!
i went to bed earlyish, around 11. and at 1, BING, again, WIDE AWAKE! not funny! not funny at all! this jetlag thing is MAJORLY frustrating. and this time, i wake up a) freezing, and b) starving. so i made a hot water bottle. and i made a cheese bread. and now am drinking miso soup. it is - sort of - helping, but MAN IT IS COLD! MAN AM I FRUSTRATED! WIRED!
ah well. no way to fight it, really.
