tofu queen
i have become the tofu-queen. or have i mentioned that recently? i might have. i'm also super forgetful these days. tonight on the menu: stirfry with satay-tofu (pre-marinated in peanut sauce and hot peppers), broccoli and carrots, and to top it off, a handful of peanuts sprinkled on top.
can you say TOFU QUEEN?

other than that, i napped. i'm a bit of a sloth today. i am wearing long-johns, my sweater from earlier, and over that, my bathrobe (aka the wearable blanket- made out of fleece), and am feeling mighty-fine and hibernat-y. the weather has turned better, though, so i'll HAVE to go out tomorrow!
