anxiety

not all that thrilled with my lack-of-progress today. i can't get into the swing of things. i'm nervous. my anxiety blocks me from being able to do work.
and all that jazz. NOT fun. anxiety about failure. about not getting work done. and that paralyzes me. NOT fun at all.
okay, jetlag is getting better, and i want to work a bit more tonight...
i have another dermatology apointment tomorrow (and yes, the creams they prescribed are great. my skin is not acting like a teenager anymore. woohoo!)
