is it too much to ask to have decent health care? decent insurance?
i just spent two hours (2 hours!) on the phone trying to get an annual exam. i hate those things. i don't want one. i know they are important, but usually i don't have to fight for them. i spent two hours trying to get the exam! ACK!!!!
more on it later. i'm frazzled.
