i've decided that the internet is a tool of the devil. not that i believe in the devil, but if i did: the internet would be his tool. because, quite frankly, i would surely have 4 chapters written by now if the internet didn't exist. sure, i would also not have slept the past few months, but i would have four chapters written. instead, i have daily dland entries to show for my time, a bit of wrist and back ache, and ... no dissertation.
that, and i am the cat lady. more on that another day. seriously, 5 different cats came by this morning for some purina cat chow. 5 (five) distinct (different) cats. call me the pied piper of palo alto. except for cats, not for rats. that is a crucial, crucial difference.
