navy hats and coffee with virginia (not on la loma!)
had a great time in chicago today with my friend virginia, my bahamas roommate. one of those people you can just talk to after years and nothing has changed, you get along wonderfully.
we just had coffee and then lunch, late, at 3:30. am home now after a while in borders on michigan avenue: a bunch of navy guys, about 15, came in, in fact, and tipped their hats at me as i walked by them. bizarre!
tired. tired. tired.
