mood, food, and - well, nothing rhymes with ood - oh, dude.

i'm in such a funk. SUCH a funk. it is 2:19 pm, i keep on looking around to see where my sweetie is, and then remember, BLAH, he's in california. granted, i'll be there in 3 weeks, but this whole being-apart-long-distance-transatlantic-commuting is really not all that much fun. AT. ALL.

i woke up at 6:30 (with the alarm; i went to bed early), and had this goal of being super productive. hasn't happened yet.


since saucy99 is on a diet, i've decided to watch what i eat really carefully the next 3 weeks until i go to california. not a "diet" per se, because i can't deal with that. not my style at all. instead: a) carb reduction, b) increase in protein (soy and fish), and c) lots of fruit and veggies.

the plan:

breakfasts: one yoghurt and a piece of fruit, cup of coffee with milk (no sugar)

lots of tea (herbal) and water

lunches: a salad with tofu and veggies on it, some fruit or another yoghurt (for the sweettooth in me)

lots of tea and water

dinners: tofu or fish, and some veggie, and now and then rice, potatoes, pasta, or a slice of bread, but rarely, if possible.

lots of tea and water.

today is day 1. i do not have a scale. but i should be able to tell by the clothes. i KNOW that exercize is key here, but my exercize consists of sitting on my %^&^&*( in the archives. and i don't have the energy to run (not to mention it hurts my foot). so, watching my food-intake it is.
