furniture woes
it is so odd. i sold 2 bookcases, 4 chairs, a lamp, and a chest of drawers yesterday, half of which she took with her and moved out of the apartment yesterday. the place feels empty. just now, the nachmieter (people who will take the apt. from me on sept. 1) came, and might buy a fair number of things. strangely enough, though, i'm still anxious about getting rid of things... how in the @#$$%^& will it all work out? how will my "move" - transnational crossing - turn out? it really, and i mean really, makes me nervous.... well, worst case there is the salvation army, right? or rather, the german equivalent....
